The hotel is situated in a wonderful natural location, close to the mountains. Guests can easily and quickly reach the top of the mountain thanks to the cable car that stops nearby. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds, and have a stunning view. the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of fresh food to start your day.
Staff communication could be improved, as some guests experienced language barriers and misunderstandings.

The mountain location offers breathtaking views. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the spa and restaurant amenities.
The breakfast could be improved with a better variety of food options. Communication with the staff could also be a bit challenging due to language barriers.

Awesome location for those who like mountain climbing and activities in nature. the staff is polite and kind. They were able to provide us with all the information we needed and pointed us in the right direction. the room was big, neat, and the bed was comfortable. the view from our window was stunning.
the bathroom was not perfectly clean when we arrived and there was no hot water in the morning.
